HYPERCRATE: 30-day money-back guarantee

Your HYPERCRATE purchase is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, and so is every feature-update renewal you choose to buy. If HYPERCRATE is not for you, email us at info@lukebond.store within 30 days of the purchase or renewal and we will refund it in full. A refunded purchase's licence stops working. A refunded renewal leaves your licence working, with its feature updates back to the date they ran to before you renewed.

Sample packs, courses and everything else: 14-day money-back guarantee

Every other product in our store, including masterclasses, sample packs, DAW templates and synth banks, has a 14-day money-back guarantee. If a product is not right for you, email us at info@lukebond.store within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it in full.

A bundle is refunded as one purchase: the products and any bonus material inside it are covered together, for the bundle's full price.

Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, the law gives you the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of buying it. Our guarantees cover that right: you do not need to give a reason, and HYPERCRATE's 30 days go further.

How refunds are paid

Email us with your order number or the email address you bought with. We refund to the payment method you used, without undue delay and always within 14 days of your request. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it.

Technical problems

If something stops you downloading or using a product, write to info@lukebond.store and we will help. You can still ask for a refund within the guarantee period.

None of this affects your statutory rights, including your rights if a product is faulty or not as described.
